Sometimes on Friday nights, you just need a martini to wind down after a long week.
Once we moved into “the church” we started calling our friends and announcing “Martini Night” on such Friday nights. These acrylic paintings on canvas are inspired by those Martini Nights. Beverages were not limited to Martinis though. There were nights of large mugs filled with chai tea and bourbon, Turkish coffee with a side of sambuca, whiskey and cigars, and the list goes on. A diverse group of people, spanning a 40 year age gap coming together to relax after a long week.
